We prioritize creative thinking and take pride in what we do. We re growing, and seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist in the Content Strategy department.

What you ll do

The Senior Social Media Strategist will be an integral part of Heat s and that content strategy team s activities and success.

You ll be responsible for the following:

Managing the social media output of between three to four clients. This includes content strategy, content output, campaign optimization and measurement.

Be able to construct the above strategies for clients and lead them on the process through presentation to execution

Leading client education around social and the changes within the marketplace

Interpreting the brand strategy of clients to inform your strategy and thinking

Be able to connect the right people within the content team, the broader agency team and within the client s organization to produce the best results.

Drive innovation around content and platforms internally and with clients

Be seen as a go to for knowledge and ideation for creative teams

Be able to lead client conversations around social media investment and measurement

Qualifications

Required:

3 years of social media execution and implementation experience at a creative, social or media agency

Experience with social media for brands across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and others

Preferred:

Bachelor s degree

A history of community management and content creation with brands or publishers.

Experience with working across teams and other agency partners

Presentation skills

Love of social and digital media

Good problem-solving abilities
