Work You ll DoUnder the supervision of Advisory Manager, Advisory Senior Consultant to develop process flowcharts and narratives, identify risks and control gaps, evaluate financial impacts, and provide remediation recommendations. Develop audit plans, including risk and control matrices for business process and general IT control audits. Perform in-depth control assessments, document test requirements, and suggest remediation alternatives where necessary. Conduct financial statement audit, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404, SOX readiness, IT controls, and SAS 70 audits. Utilize ERP and mainframe technologies, including Peoplesoft, Lawson, Invision, JDE, SAP, Windows, AS/400, UNIS/AIX, DB2, and MS SQL. Assess security configurations; conduct policy and procedure reviews; audit client platform baseline standards; and test platforms for numerous clients. Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, accounting, decision sciences, risk management, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Two years of risk and controls experience in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industry.Experience must include two years of:Performing internal control risk management, assessment, and IT controls including SOX;Testing operational and financial internal controls in accordance with Public Accounting Company Oversight Board (PCAOB), AICPA, SOX, SSAE16, and third party vendor requirement;Performing control gap analysis and risk assessments;Creating and developing general Information Technology controls and automated controls audit programs;Performing information technology audits for SAP and Oracle;Pre and post implementation review including operational auditing;Working on projects, including process mapping, root cause/gap analysis/best fit, requirements gathering/definition development, financial modelling, and value mapping;Performing deficiencies assessments of controls and the related risks to the IT environment and develop audit procedures response; andInterfacing directly with clients to gain information and provide results and findings.Position requires approximately 80% travel.
