Work You ll DoPerform project management, execute strategy, and deliver large technology programs for the office of the Deputy CIO for Technology. Work with IT and business stakeholders to define technology strategy, analyze technology platforms, design program plans and mobilize execution. Coordinate between IT and business stakeholders to create successful delivery of the program. Support the development and delivery of strategic global programs with business-wide impact. Ensure activities and results are implemented in a timely manner. Manage all tasks and resources of assigned projects, estimating and tracking progress against individual plans. Monitor development activity to overall enterprise plan. Develop project plans and schedules for multiple projects, with key milestones, contingency plans, workflow charts considering factors, such as resources requirements, and intended use of output data. Develop effective communication strategy across projects and constituencies. Coordinate communication between customers; and enlist others in accomplishing the greater objective. #LI-DNI RequirementsMaster's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Three years of experience in designing and re-engineering business process improvements in a technical environment.Experience must include three years of:Performing financial modeling and scenario analysis;Developing enterprise roadmaps and project plans based on internal business operations, vendor products, customer requirements and system functionality;Designing and implementing global shared services operating model (organization, processes, tools) to support services for Exchange Online (Office 365);Creating multi-year business cases and project costing models;Managing multiple US and global resources across various workstreams to successfully execute projects;Defining and designing organizational capabilities, operational processes and tools to support Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Services (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud offerings;Developing communication strategy across project and stakeholders and delivering updates to C-level executives;Collaborating with both technical and business professionals within the CTO organization, including management-level employees, database developers, and application architects; andEvaluating industry, customer and competitive trends and internal operational capabilities to define technology vision, strategies and plans that align with business needs.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience as stated above.Position requires approximately 20% travel.
