Senior Managers in the Testing practice are required to have:10 years of relevant consulting or industry experienceExperience selling and leading the delivery of large Testing programs in a global delivery model (>10 MM USD) across all phases of testingExperience leading large testing deals as a solution architect and ability to conceptualize and implement client Testing CoEsExperience standing up, structuring and leading test teams of >20 testing resources to deliver complex project based and annuity testing effortsExperience with test consulting engagements and preparing business case for Testing CoEsDeep experience with either Healthcare, Public Sector or Financial Services industriesKnowledge of various testing tools across test management, automation and other specialized testing techniquesDemonstrated experience in being a thought-leader to the CIO or other senior IT/Business leaders around testing and QAExperience tracking and reporting SLAs and KPIs in a managed services testing engagementExperience implementing techniques such as Service Virtualization using CA, HP or IBM toolsAwareness and knowledge of test automation techniques and performance testing methodologiesA willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time In addition, successful Senior Managers will have the following preferred background:Testing Techniques Understand the various approaches used in testing, including (e.g. desk checking), white-box (logic drive), black-box (requirements driven), load testing, coverage testing and regression testing.
