Deloitte Consulting- Contingent Workforce Services (CWS) Support Specialist

Contingent Workforce Services (CWS) is an integral component of Deloitte Consulting LLP (DC). The mission of CWS is to provide project engagements with highest quality third party contractor resources at the most competitive prices.

Work You ll Do:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the different functions of the CWS group.

  • Conduct Candidate, Incident and Contractor data base reviews

  • Conduct Supplier data base reviews to include:

  • Incident data base

  • Business Relationship Database (BRD)

  • Manage the execution of contractor systems access

  • Run daily report

  • Send mail merge to Sourcing Specialists for completed forms required by Compliance Specialist to begin the process

  • Submittal of requested access for contractors

  • Submittal of requested terminations for contractors

  • Compose and send weekly contractor system access termination list to Sourcing Specialist for review

  • Update systems access tracker

  • Enter SAP numbers into contractor database

  • Conduct the weekly tracking of mandatory contractor trainings, i.e. Confidentiality and Ethics trainings

  • Assist Compliance Specialist as needed with document management

  • Receive and upload Nondisclosure Agreements, Insurance Certificates, sub-vendor Independence renewals and other files as requested to the CWS web Portal

  • Notify and request upcoming and overdue documents from suppliers

  • Monitor CWS Support Mailbox and reply to/forward messages

  • Monitor CWS Team mailbox and distribute mail

  • Coordinate supplier visits and CWS Team meetings

  • Manage the weekly team itinerary and calendar

  • Entry level experience in an office environment in a customer service/support role that involves developing and fostering professional relationships with both internal and external customers at various organization levels

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer

  • Strong prioritization skills, including ability to balance multiple high priority tasks and re-prioritize as needed

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required

  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and make a significant contribution toward achieving team goals and objectives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
