Work you ll doThe US Immigration Business Liaison and Strategic Initiatives Lead Specialist will assist in identifying trends and escalating programmatic or strategic needs to business and immigration leadership to enable customized US immigration programs to meet business needs. Serve as a subject matter expert on Deloitte US immigration processes, policies, and protocolsAssist in data analysis and recommendations based on data and reporting to enable strategic business decisionsIdentify trends and escalate programmatic or strategic needs to immigration leadersEngage with functional Talent and business stakeholders to work through individual case or programmatic escalations, and make recommendations on how to proceed based on legal guidance of outside counselCreate and deliver communications to aid in the understanding of complex US immigration concepts for functional business and Talent stakeholdersMaintain educational and information resources for functional Talent The teamThe US Immigration program is part of the Talent team of Deloitte Services LP in partnership with the Office of General Counsel. This team provides strategic immigration services to foreign nationals who work in the U.S., immigration program compliance oversight, and training to the management, Talent Services and the employees of the Deloitte U.S. Firms.
