We are the destination for professionals who want to be part of a high-impact team driving growth opportunities for Deloitte, and who want the opportunity to use their unique strengths and develop their talents Position Overview Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of complex internal business projects and initiatives for the MRS team across multiple teams:Sales, Marketing, Solution Management & Development, Talent, Finance, and Operations.This role will be responsible for assembling project plans, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing project timelines to ensure timely completion. Must be familiar and involved in defining project objectives as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Also establishes policies and procedures to ensure compliance with program strategies and objectives and may complete special assignments and projects for senior management. Duties and responsibilities: Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; make recommendations and correct deviations from plansAssist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments and escalation of roadblocks to their work.Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team.Understand the program vision and communicate to the team.Track and manage project dependencies and risksWork within the MRS team and with MRS businesses and leadership to support the development of MRS reporting, benchmarks and metrics to help establish a continuous performance review processOwn ongoing MRS project reporting, effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadershipB.A./B.S;Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredA proven track record of successfully leading project management offices (8 years)Experience managing large, complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environmentProven track record as an operator with ability to deliverDemonstrated ability to develop executive level relationships as both a business partner and challengerExcellent written and verbal communications with the ability to present to and interface with multiple levels of senior managementExceptional organization skills to run multi-threaded work-streams and a variety of day to day responsibilities in a fast paced environmentAbility to "think outside the box" while identifying problems and developing creative solutions.Expertise with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including expert level PowerPoint and Excel SkillsAbility and willingness to travel on a limited basis as needed;
