This is where experience matters. Our consulting teams include former industry operational leaders, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and technologists that have helped leading healthcare systems, academic medical centers and community healthcare systems and independent facilities realize significant cost savings while transforming how they serve patients. Work you ll do Senior consultants perform detailed, quantitative analysis work associated with developing meaningful insights to address health care providers biggest challenges. These challenges encompass everything from helping providers increase revenues, decrease costs, accelerate cash flow, improve margin and operational workflows by addressing people, processes, and technology across every aspect of the project lifecycle.
