Work you will doExecute CMO Office StrategyWork with CMO Office Lead to help realize overall CMO Office strategy and vision, and help set and measure against goalsHelp develop and drive CMO Office media and communications platform by preparing for and executing against internal and external activities and opportunities; includes developing presentations for speaking engagements, designing and managing publication of internal communications, and measuring outcomes of CMO participation communications and media activitiesHelp drive and execute CMO social media strategy including developing and publishing content, identifying ways to engage externally, measuring social media activities, and helping to drive a culture of brand ambassadors internallyWork with the CMO Program team to drive initiatives such as CMO transition labs, CMO website strategy and content, and CMO NextGen Academy Market DevelopmentMarket Development s mission is to drive growth. The MD organization includes 2000 P/P/MDs and professionals in the US and India, our relationship (non-attest) and growth enterprise client programs, 24 industry sectors, 54 markets, as well as the Client Experience programs (Greenhouse labs, C-suite programs), Corporate Citizenship, Eminence, DU Press and Market Insights, and Client Account Managers, Client Services, Pursuits and Sales Executives COEs. The organization is led by the CMO and MD executive team which interfaces regularly with key US leaders and their executive teams, including the US CEO and Executive Committee, US CFO and Operating Committee and other key Enabling Area leaders.
