Work you ll do/Responsibilities

Support content metadata extraction, summarization and contract management leveraging an innovative cognitive data extraction solution Support leadership, delegation and supervision of review activities among team members Upload and review contracts into proprietary online software platform for capture and analysis of the relevant contract details as per the client requirements Support defined quality assurance and quality control processes and protocols Work comfortably primarily on US business contracts and supply chain documents including but not limited to invoices, order forms, scopes of work, etc. Provide summarization/abstraction of relevant/key/voluminous documents Identify relevant publicly available contract documents for new use cases and/or presentation preparation for client demos Prepare deliverables by downloading, editing, and providing quality review for contract summary in as per client requirements Summarize key values and clauses per client requirements

Qualifications Required

BA/MA (English, Literature or Political Science) or BBA/BMS (Business Administration, Management Studies) with certifications in law or other commercial fields 3-6 years of contract management/operations/or related professional field Understanding of basic contract/legal fundamentals Troubleshooting basic technical issues and communicating to software improvement team for resolution Independently able to identify and propose solutions for complex problems Ability to multi-task and follow-through with minimal instruction Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate team members/supervisors regarding project status & facilitate on-boarding Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software, MS PowerPoint, Excel and PowerPoint Must be willing to live and work in theOrlando, FL area

Preferred

Previous work as legal associate, legal assistant, litigation associate, drafting associate, law (llb or llm), and commercial contract management desired Knowledge of compliance, quality and governance as it pertains to contract rules and regulations Demonstrate analytical skills on contract with the ability to exercise mature judgment Understanding of legal and contract terminology Tableau experience a plus Experience and knowledge of foreign languages (French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) desired
