This position, is responsible for providing strategic marketing and communications direction and leadership for Deloitte Industrial Products and Services (IP&S) sector. The Senior Strategic Marketing Leader for IP&S will drive the development of the strategy, planning and execution for integrated marketing programs and campaigns that support growth and positioning strategies. The ideal deal candidate will be a marketing professional with experience in B2B marketing as well as in professional services marketing with a demonstrated ability to workcollaboratively with individuals at all levels of a matrixed organization.The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications, including Channel marketing, Campaign development, marketing strategy, alliance building and sales enablement. What you ll do:As a Senior Strategic Marketing Planner (SMP) in Deloitte Services LP, a subsidiary of the Deloitte US Firms, you will contribute to the growth and development of our organization in a variety of ways, including: Serve as marketing advisor to key stakeholders within areas of responsibility assist with articulation of value propositions and develop marketing objectives.Work closely with the National Sector Leader, functional sector leaders, and Center for Industry Insights in shaping an insights agenda aligned to IP&S key business issuesSupport relationship development with executives of priority industry associations, aligning collaborative efforts to IP&S key business issuesLead strategic engagement in flagship industry initiatives and eventsCollaborate with other manufacturing-based sectors to leverage broad manufacturing initiatives across sectors, amplify messages, and maximize impactDevelop and share internal communications / tools to engage account teams in delivering market insights to executivesServe as a liaison between key stakeholders, Marketing and Communications, functional leaders, and the larger firm (e.g. Analyst Relations, Alliances)Bring innovative thinking to all IP&S marketing and communications activitiesDevelop framework development and strategic briefs (business case) for potential marketing and communications campaigns; drive approval process for campaigns with key leadershipDevelop, maintain, and drive prioritization of all marketing and communications campaign activities for specific areas of responsibilityDevelop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign successPlan and manage marketing budgets for campaignsEngage The Green Dot Agency, our internal agency, in execution of campaigns; oversee, in conjunction with The Green Dot Agency, delivery of campaigns The team:The individual will serve as trusted marketing and communications advisor to key business leaders and stakeholders.
