The Strategic Marketing Planners (SMPs) serve as trusted marketing advisors to their business leaders and key stakeholders. Responsible for developing strategic marketing plans for best-in-class marketing operations as well as oversight for marketing campaign execution. In addition, SMP managers help build specific programs, utilizing innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches, to bring the full capabilities of the firm to maximize reach and impact to the market. What you ll do: Works closely with Client Experience Marketing Leader, Senior SMPs, and stakeholders to develop strategic marketing campaigns supporting key priorities that are executed in collaboration with Marketing Services Supports the development of strategic briefs for potential marketing campaigns as well as leadership approval process Helps manage the overall portfolio of campaigns and activities to ensure proper prioritization and utilization of appropriate resources Plans and manages marketing budgets for campaigns in conjunction with Campaign Management Along with Marketing Services, develops metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics The team:Deloitte s marketing & communications team combines the power of Deloitte s brand with the most inspired marketing techniques to produce business results for our clients. Qualifications: Required: 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communication, English or a related business field Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts Conceptual and strategic thinker with the ability to balance innovative approaches with business objectives Project management; Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills Team oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects Organized with ability to prioritize and manage client expectations across multiple, competing projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times Desired: Master s Degree How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
