You must be a self-starter and an enthusiastic team member who is highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Work You ll Do The Pensions & Wealth Management team is part of the Finance and Administration organization. Reporting to the Deputy CFO, the team is responsible for Deloitte's pension strategy, pension administration, retirement plan financial reporting and wealth management programs, tools and education. The Senior, Wealth Management position will assist the US Managing Directors, Senior Managers, Managers, and India-based staff with day-to-day benefit administration and wealth management activities. Primary tasks include preparation and/or first-level review of benefit calculations and packages, valuation data and benefit education materials, and maintenance of our wealth management tools. Additional responsibilities include project management, responding to or escalating questions from the India-based team members and responding to or escalating questions from Deloitte s Partners, Principals and Managing Directors. Your specific responsibilities include:Understand Deloitte retirement plan provisions and apply that knowledge on a daily basisPrepare and/or review Partner, Principal and Managing Director benefit calculationsReconcile and analyze data for annual valuation purposes and special projectsPrepare educational materials and assist with the maintenance of Deloitte s wealth management toolsAssist with special projects and ad-hoc requestsHelp train new staff membersAssist with the development and management of processes, procedures, and internal controlsBalance multiple projects and responsibilitiesPerform other job-related duties as assignedWhat You ll NeedMinimum of 2-5 years of related experienceTeam-oriented, self-starter, able to work with junior team members and managementProficiency with Excel spreadsheet modelingBachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or another similar technical discipline How You ll Grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
