And our culture of innovation means your ideas on how to improve our business and your clients will be heard.Operations and Production Specialist As Creative Development s Operations and Production Specialist, you will be a core member of the Creative Development (CD) team and work as a liaison to the Marketing Services channels as well as internal clients. Alongside the Operations and Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time and on-budget delivery of creative assets from project initiation to completion. You will also be responsible for a variety of team operations such as coordinating monthly team meetings and taskforce initiatives. Your skills in communications, operations, and project management will be crucial to our CD service delivery model. This role will also support the Creative Director for any ad hoc projects as needed. Role & responsibilitiesFor assigned client pods, coordinate assigned operations and scheduling for the intake of Creative Development projects:Participate in necessary campaign kickoff and status calls as needed to gain an understanding of project requirements and connect with design, multimedia and content leaders to assign projects to appropriate resources Complete and submit Creative Briefs on a timely basisEvaluate and respond to incoming project requests, inquiries, and concerns with the highest level of customer serviceEnsure proper charge codes and other necessary logistical information is shared with the teamCoordinate asset sharing and completion of required paperworkTrack agency prepayments and submit invoice processingOrganize Creative Development team operations and logisticsUpdate project status reports in real time for effective project management and weekly status callsCoordinate monthly team calls (host assignments, agendas, meeting decks, guest speakers, etc.)Arrange operations for all Creative Development taskforces and initiatives (develop agenda, track action steps, etc.)Work with Operations and Production Manager to analyze period-by-period budget and utilization results; evaluate and track trends and make recommendations for continuous improvementIdentity relevant metrics to track and build reports to send to leadership and stakeholdersCollaborate with Value Measurement on CD dashboardPlay lead role with onboarding new Creative Development team members to Marketing Services and provide a deep dive of internal processes, tools, best practices, etc.Submit creative content for relevant awards and complete proper filing as neededTrack and continuously develop MS and CD Learning & Development plan including internal programing, external seminars and annual Marketing & Communications Academy agendaExplore design trends, new technologies, and alternative ways to deliver creative assets and share findings with the team in a regular basisSupport Creative Director with any ad hoc project requestsSkills & personal attributesExcellent at juggling multiple projects and prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrategic and creative problem solverAble to consistently meet deadlines and remain calm under pressureDetail-oriented, organized, and highly productiveAbility to own and execute project plans and schedulesCustomer service focusedWillingness to learn on the jobBackground & requirementsBachelor s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field1-3 years experience in project management / operations / working with creative departmentsStrong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, ExcelUnderstanding of the creative process and design tools
