Work You ll DoContribute to the firm's growth and development. Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Define project scope and objectives, organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Define systems strategy; develop systems requirements; design, prototype, test, and define support procedures; and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Responsible for leading complex analyses to assess trends and recommending customer centric strategies using excel, tableau and SQL. Oversee teams responsible for configuring Salesforce and SIEBEL to create users, profiles, roles, permission sets, security controls, tabs, custom objects, fields, custom labels and workflow rules. Manage teams in analyzing business requirements developing documentation to design functional and technical specifications using Agile methodology. Lead teams responsible developing document repositories to improve project development activities, requirement traceability, and cost reduction in knowledge transfer. Guide team to perform project scoping and scheduling, develop budgets, draft stakeholder communications, and execute end-to-end delivery to ensure metric driven results. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), CIS, MIS, Business Administration or a related field.Fiveyears of experience providing IT consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have five years of experience with:Performing complex data analyses to assess trends and recommending customer centric strategies using excel, tableau and SQL;Configuring Salesforce and SIEBEL to create users, profiles, roles, permission sets, security controls, tabs, custom objects, fields, custom labels, and workflow rules;Analyzing business requirements and developing documentation to design functional and technical specifications using Agile methodology;Developing document repositories to improve project development activities, requirement traceability, and cost reduction in knowledge transfer;andPerforming project scoping and scheduling, developing budgets, drafting stakeholder communications, and end-to-end delivery to ensure metric driven results.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.
