Work You ll DoLead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues and determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches. Manage the most complex, large, or difficult analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management. Evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Guide teams in identifying performance improvement opportunities by analyzing existing business and technology processes, as well as business requirements, utilizing SAP Sales & Distribution and Finance modules as well as SQL. Manage teams in creating corporate transformational project plans spanning shared services, centers of excellence, and strategic change utilizing MS Project, Excel, and project management tools including action trackers, road maps, project plans, and status updates. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Maintain responsibility for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. Take projects from original concept through final implementation. Define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Oversee teams in optimizing clients' operational productivity, forecasting, and budgeting processes by using DMAIC and Operating Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) methodologies and executing process mapping with MS Visio and IBM WebSphere tools. Supervise the assessment of market reports and data, including OneSource, Forrester, Gartner, Kennedy, Alacra, ISI Emerging Markets, and Capital IQ to analyze client needs, support strategic analysis and recommendations, and develop benchmarks and best practices. Lead teams in leveraging process mapping methodologies and software such as Industry Maps and MS Visio to support the integration, separation and transformation of critical financial processes including Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) as well as middle and back office transaction processing.
