Work You ll Do Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Provide service excellence by identifying key client issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. Lead strategic information technology (IT) and business process operations assessments for sourcing and business model transformation initiatives. Support teams in conducting current state analysis of IT and business functions across various metrics including cost, scope, and services levels by performing research and conducting market analyses using Factiva and Viewshare. Identify risks and gaps with existing IT services and business processes, and define the path for improvement. Manage teams in performing strategic cost analysis on operational and capital expenditures using Microsoft (MS) Excel, Tableau, and MiniTab and advise client on identified profit opportunities. Direct operational and financial due diligence operations using Computer Economics, Gartner, Forrester, and Factiva platforms to identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities and risks. Liaise with the client throughout the vendor selection and contracting lifecycle, including the creation of business cases and Request for Proposals, evaluation of vendor responses, negotiation of contracts, developing Statements of Work, structuring service level agreements, and finalizing financial terms and conditions. Apply market and industry knowledge to review and recommend proposed sourcing alternatives. Utilize C-Suite communications to define strategic roadmaps, and guide team in transition planning using MS Project and MS Visio to ensure steady state operation post-transformation.
