Work You ll DoSynthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions; selecting the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis; and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop work plans for components of engagements; coordinate activities between work streams; and identify changes in scope. Design deliverable content to precisely reflect engagement contracts and client needs and work to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results. Oversee the development of robust client-facing organizational readiness assessments and operating model design deliverables, using complex financial models, Capacity Planning Methodologies, Hiring Strategy, Infrastructure Assessment, Training Development, and Policies, Procedures, and Metrics redesign. Guide teams in applying strategic frameworks, including the Strategic Choice Cascade, Porter's 5 Forces, PEST, SWOT, 7S, and Three Horizons of Growth frameworks to develop recommendations for market entry strategy, growth strategy, capital allocation, and competitive landscape assessment. Develop regulatory documents packages covering capacity planning, hiring, training, governance, metrics, and processes, as required by the Federal Reserve Board, and U.S. Department of Treasury. Create project plans and timelines, identify critical path activities through CPM and PERT analysis, and highlight dependencies and risks to enable complex program execution across multiple work streams. Designate and lead teams to perform financial statement analysis and financial modeling, utilizing Thomson Reuters, Forrester, Gartner, and Kennedy reports to identify key business issues and devise strategic recommendations.
