Work You ll DoCreate and implement the innovation strategy for our Attest & Enterprise Risk Services, Tax, Consulting, and Financial Advisory Services practices, and manage the structuring and execution of individual innovation objectives. Perform financial management including developing and managing annual budget and spending for the U.S. Innovation group. Design and manage programs to facilitate revenue growth from new business and/or efficiency improvements across businesses. Define innovation-related branding/communication strategies, and facilitate the incubation and scaling of innovation projects. Shape specific innovation programs and objectives. Manage the execution of innovation projects and programs involving complex sets of senior stakeholders. Facilitate ideation/brainstorming sessions and collaboration workshops. Design and execute innovation programs around knowledge-sharing. Collaborate with innovation leadership across the organization s business and functions. Develop new innovation approaches, technologies, and tools. Analyze IP processes, including patent drafting. Analyze U.S. wireless service market for enhancement of difference communication technologies and protocols. #LI-DNI RequirementsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Four years of experience developing strategy, product development, and innovation, for the telecommunication and technology industries.Experience must include four years of:Working with the business to design innovation strategies based on growth and performance goals, and developing long-term frameworks to achieve goals;Utilizing Excel and PowerPoint dashboards to track innovation progress across the business and present regular updates to executives;Developing technology solutions to enhance service delivery, and creating technology platforms, assets and capabilities for the organization that can be leveraged across businesses and clients;Developing methodologies to: discover opportunities and create business cases; gather requirements and design solutions; develop solutions; and ensure sustainability; and incubating solutions and managing the development of the entire innovation lifecycle from conceptualization to roll-out;Leveraging project management/collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Jama) across the entire project lifecycle;Analyzing external market and facilitating relationships/partnerships with technology vendors to leverage their assets and capabilities;Creating matrices to compare available technology vendors and technology products focusing on price, technology analysis, and scalability; andCollaborating with internal development and quality assurance teams to facilitate product deployment and end user training, including strategy to production and rollout to users.Experience must also include three years of:Managing and tracking innovation programs, including collaborating with the business innovation offices, and cross-functional teams (Audit, Consulting and Tax), on multiple innovation projects, and presenting updates to CXOs; andPerforming financial management including developing pricing models, budgeting and forecasting.Position requires approximately 35% travel.
