Work You ll DoAssist senior managers to design and execute Human Capital strategies, improve operations and performance, optimize roles and responsibilities, organizational and cultural changes for leadership alignment, change management, and stakeholder and employee engagements. Design Talent Management strategies for client organizations and implement talent solutions that enable them to acquire, fully deploy and engage their people to achieve strategic business objectives. Liaise with business leaders to align people strategies with business strategies and address the human factors affecting the organization's ability to reach their transformation objectives. Organize data and analytics to deliver strategic change, organization strategies and technology adoption solutions that enable the success of the organization's transformation goals. Supporting projects in the area of Organization Strategies including organizational design and alignment, role profile, job evaluation, and workforce transition. Develop organizational structures to enable future-state strategy through design and development of operating models, facilitation of workforce transition, and assessment of mitigation risks. Implementing of organizational strategies impacting business transformation objectives, including digital transformation, end-to-end customer experience, Mergers & Acquisitions, and operational excellence initiatives. Assist organizations with assessment of business issues, design and implementation of comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and leadership. Recommend organizational and culture changes, including managing day-to-day workload, determining resources for cross-functional team, and providing required direction to personnel. Draft communication strategies and plans for merger integrations, business transformations, and operational enhancement initiatives, including audience identification and segmentation, message creation, and channel selection. Meet clients' business objectives by generating new business opportunities through leveraging new and existing client relationships Lead teams to ensure delivery of organizational goals, managing resources, assuring quality of project deliverables, building staff capability and addressing performance issues, including assessing project risks and identifying mitigation strategies.
