Work You ll DoLead and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR transformational change for clients. Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Develop and employ work plans, status reports, issue management, and value tracking. Supervise a team conducting HR current state assessments and designing HR service delivery and future state HR governance models using HR transformation methodologies covering plan, design, build, and implementation phases of the HR transformation lifecycle. Oversee the planning and conducting of end-to-end HR processes, design workshops involving Talent Acquisition, New Hire Onboarding, HR Operations, Employee Data Management, Employee and Labor Relations, and Total Rewards by utilizing ARIS, MS Visio, and global HR location strategies. Guide the design and implementation of global HR shared services, including developing shared services blueprints, identifying enabling technology requirements for Salesforce.com and Infor Enwisen case management and knowledge management solutions, and designing telephony requirements. Lead the implementation and creation of HR documentation impacting Call Center Scripts, Desktop Procedures, Job Aides, Internal Operating Procedures, Templates, and FAQs. Oversee the design and implementation of Document Management solutions using Huddle and TrueVault. Facilitate large meetings and working sessions, and manage the creation of deliverables.
