Work You ll DoDeliver large-scale engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Oversee the design, architect, development, testing, and deployment phases of Workday technology solutions necessary to meet business requirements. Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Design and implement Workday technology-enabled business solutions for clients. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the Functional and technical teams and day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development. Participate in comprehensive and complex Workday implementation projects to meet each client's unique business requirements. Design, develop, and implement Workday Functional and Integration modules to deliver project tasks throughout the Software Development Life Cycle by utilizing Workday methodology and functional Human Capital Management (HCM) design elements. Design HCM Business Processes including Hire, Compensation, Termination, Change, Job Start, International Assignment, Recruiting, Talent and Succession Planning. Extract, clean, and load employee data into Workday. Create and administer test cases, test scripts, assertions, and mock ups to verify design functionality and correctness of technical and integration solutions by utilizing MS Excel, defect management tools, SharePoint, and Workday. Develop custom Workday reports and Workday calculated fields, and assist in the identification and development of regulatory and operational reports. Provide technical support to for data integration, authentication, configuring business processes and security in Workday. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree of foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.Must have five years of progressively responsible experience providing Workday implementation consulting services to clients.Must have five years of experience with:Participating in comprehensive and complex Workday implementation projects to meet each client's unique business requirements;Designing, developing and implementing Workday Functional and Integration modules to deliver project tasks throughout the Software Development Life Cycle by utilizing Workday methodology and functional HCM design elements;Designing HCM Business Processes, including Hire, Compensation, Termination, Change, Job Start, International Assignment, Recruiting, Talent and Succession Planning;Extracting, cleaning, and loading of employee data into Workday;Creating and administering test cases, test scripts, assertions, and mock ups to verify design functionality and correctness of technical and integration solutions by utilizing MS Excel, defect management tools, SharePoint, and Workday;Developing custom Workday reports and Workday calculated fields, and assisting in the identification and development of regulatory and operational reports;Providing technical support for data integration, authentication, configuring business processes and security in Workday.80% travel required.
