We re growing, and seeking a New Business Account Supervisor for the Marketing department based in our New York office.

What You ll Do

As a New Business Account Supervisor you will be an integral part of Heat s business outreach and pitch efforts in New York, and will be on the front lines with senior clients at highly visible brands. It is imperative that you re comfortable with high-level marketing conversations, a self-starter who can embrace ambiguity, someone who works well with others, and has an all hands on deck attitude. We re looking with someone who s comfortable with ambiguity and takes pride in brining clarity to complex situations. This person must have a calm, rational, and balanced management style; and be a polished communicator with great instincts. In your role, you will:

  • Manage internal pitches from start to finish, working with necessary parties to assign teams to leads/pitches, providing support where needed to core team

  • Create custom, strategic content for Deloitte-initiated pursuits (creds decks and any additional materials)

  • Mentor junior team member so they are able to develop their strategic prowess in regards to agency pursuits

  • Work with Director of New Business to qualify leads and initiate pursuits

  • Help identify market-specific network opportunities to expand Heat s visibility in the NY market

  • Spearhead development of market-specific collateral (i.e., culture video, office-specific case studies, etc.)

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree required

  • 5 years of solid account management experience at an advertising agency

  • Proficient in Keynote

  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred:

  • Experience with new business preferred, but not required

  • Both digital and broadcast experience preferred

  • Good problem-solving abilities

  • Experience with Adobe CS a plus
