We are seeking subscription billing solution (e.g., Zuora, Aria Systems, Hybris, Oracle BRM) implementation expert who has successfully helped clients design and implement such subscription billing solutions with a measurable impact on their growth. Work You ll DoOur practitioners work in integrated project teams on a range of projects covering the entire lifecycle from planning through to design, development and the deployment of solutions. These project teams will often include leaders and specialists from other business and technical disciplines from within the consulting practice and from our clients. A focus on team work is therefore critical. As a subscription billing solution implementation expert, you will bring considerable billing, invoicing and revenue management expertise to help design, develop and implement subscription billing solutions to transform client s new business models. You will interact daily with key business and IT executives and lead multiple teams in various strategy and implementation activities. Responsibilities will include:Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsorsDelivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, product simplification and alignment, capability design and planning, technology/vendor selection and planning and business launch readinessBusiness Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategiesPeople Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices The TeamWith a full range of capabilities, we work with clients through the entire transformation, from inception and design through execution and operation. QualificationsRequired:6 years of experience at Big 4 firm or within subscription billing vendor professional services or industry focused on delivering cloud based subscription billing solutionsExperience leading an architecture assessment and developing a roadmap to implement subscription billing solutionsSignificant design and implementation experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations of one of the following subscription billing solutions: Aria Systems, Zuora, Oracle BRM, SAP Hybris, Avangate andGoTransverseHave a proven track record of cloud solution delivery as part of large scale transformation programsProvide subscription billing expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, leading practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients most complex requirementsExperienceand in depth understanding ofall aspects of the SDLC including Design, Build, QA, UAT and SupportAnalysis of billing and invoicing issues, with capability to handle functional issues and understanding end-to-end impactExperience and understanding of integration principles and methodologies like SOA, SOAP and REST.Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologiesMust have experience successfully leading complex technical engagements and teams, throughout the entire project lifecycle, with team sizes ranging from 5-10 resources.
