Our Discovery professionals assist clients and their legal counsel collect, preserve and analyze large and disparate data to support or refute the facts and allegations of commercial investigations and complex litigation. We combine our forensic accounting and investigative skills with advanced computer labs and cutting-edge technology to offer innovative solutions to our clients' complex legal problems.

A Discovery Advisory Senior Consultant can expect to:
Lead key portions of engagement
Conduct client interviews and oversee information gathering
Analyze and document processes and workflows
Apply technical and analytical skills to solve issues
Contribute to the compilation of the findings and recommendations
Assist Managers with engagement responsibilities
Supervise and train associates
Discovery AdvisorySenior Consultant Qualifications
3 years of hands-on electronic discovery experience required
1 years experience with Information Governance, Information Management, Records Management
Experience in 1 or more of the following technologies: eDiscovery Vendor: Exterro, kCura, Recommind, Atlas, StoredIQ, Kazeon, Nuix, Equivio (Microsoft) Records Management: IBM Filenet, EMC Documentum, OpenText, Iron Mountain, HP Autonomy Archive: ZLTI Unified Archive, EMC SourceOne, HP Autonomy, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Bloomberg Vault, Smarsh, Global Relay
Demonstrated experience in developing and or managing governance models
Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management
Balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to provide services involving accounting and business consulting projects; participate in client presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must be absolutely flexible with the 80% travel requirements of client service projects
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
Understanding of corporate law department operations
Understanding of e-discovery processes and tools
Information governance and document retention in the context of e-discovery
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to describe complex technical concepts and ideas in non-technical terms
Ability to provide strategy and operations design and implementation services
Experience in professional services firm preferred
The ability to describe complex technical concepts and ideas to in non-technical terms
