Demonstrate experience in the following areas:Analysis of financial statements and preparation of financial models including integrated 3-statement financial modelsUnderstanding of the bankruptcy processAnalysis of cash flows and preparation of 13-week cash flow forecast modelsUnderstanding of the key operational performance drivers of a businessAbility to extract useful information from data.Communicates effectively to all levels of engagement management,professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to manage aspects of multiple work streams and train lower level staffUses problem solving skills to provide alternative solutions to complex issues Ability to assume full responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverablesExperience researching market issues and identify market opportunitiesAbility to analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspectiveProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointWillingness to travel up to 100%
