Consulting Methods & Tools (CMT) is an enabling service within Consulting, supporting Human Capital, Strategy & Operations and Technology practice areas. The CMT mission is to drive consistency, reliability and efficiency in our global client service delivery through innovative solutions, methods and tools. We provide consulting practitioners and engagements with methods, tools, standards, and hands-on support that strengthen our offerings, contribute to wins in the marketplace, and help differentiate Deloitte among our competitors. Work you will do:Deliver hands-on services to assist project teams with the adoption of Deloitte methods and toolsSupport project teams in areas of functional, automated, and performance testingSupport special projects within CMT as neededHelp pursuit teams leverage Deloitte methods and tools in the proposed client solutionIdentify and address project team training needs on Deloitte methods and toolsProvide recommendations to improve use, adoption and understanding of the method and enabling toolsProvide guidance to project leadership as they develop their approaches, plans and processes to deliver high quality solutions. Work directly with the Project Manage, integration manager, and testing managerIdentify and harvest high quality deliverables and other CMT related information to enable a model of continuous improvementRepresent the vision and objectives of CMT positively within Deloitte ConsultingSupport adoption of delivery standards The teamOffering customer-tailored services and deep industry insights, at Deloitte Consulting LLP we help clients tackle their most complex challenges enabling them to seize new growth opportunities, reduce costs, improve efficiencies and stay ahead of customer demand.
