If so, you may be a great fit for our alliance manager role. The alliance manager is responsible for managing one or more relationships with Deloitte s strategic alliance partners. A successful alliance manager will establish and nurture executive level relationships with each of their alliance partners as well as Deloitte s leadership team to identify go-to-market (GTM) opportunities that will drive value for our clients, our partners and our practice. We are looking for a team player, who is highly organized and brings strong executive presence.Work You ll Do Alliance managers have a breadth of responsibilities including the following activities:Go-to-market (GTM) PlansDevelop and execute GTM plans within each cognitive alliance, with emphasis on account targeting and plan execution for each alliance you manage. Support co-selling opportunities with Deloitte services and your cognitive alliance vendors. Relationship Management Develop executive and field level relationships among your cognitive alliance sales teams, Deloitte leadership and client teams. Establish a collaborative environment where key leaders from each organization can identify and align around joint opportunities. Client Alignment and Field Engagement Work with Deloitte sector and service line leadership to advocate co-selling opportunities around cognitive technologies. Help identify and recommend target sectors/industries based on market trends, Deloitte expertise and thought leadership. Ecosystems- Define ecosystem plays that include cognitive technologies. Work collaboratively with other alliance managers to identify where you can leverage cognitive technologies, working in conjunction with complimentary technologies, to support or enhance a solution. Education & Evangelism Understand and articulate the business value of cognitive technologies. Collaborate with thought leaders to develop messaging to explain how our clients can leverage cognitive technologies to reinvent themselves and be more competitive in the future. Pipeline Tracking & Reporting Maintain an accurate joint sales pipeline with your alliance partners and provide timely reports to key stakeholders.Marketing & Communication Work closely with colleagues to develop effective communications plans, campaigns, marketing materials, eminence and sales assets. Support opportunities to demonstrate Deloitte s cognitive capabilities at conferences, via web presence and leveraging other channels as appropriate. QualificationsRequiredBachelor s degree.7-10 years professional experience with cognitive or artificial intelligence technologies (e.g. computer vision, machine learning, rules-based engines, natural language processing, speech recognition or robotics). Strong understanding of reporting and visualization tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, Domo) and how it relates to co-selling with alliance partners. Strong understanding of data/analytics and how reporting and dashboards can be an important part of making other tools and technologies come to life (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow, industry specific technologies (e.g., Veeva, Epic, etc.). Familiarity with industry trends driving data modernization, cognitive/AI, analytics and robotic process automation technologies in the market.Experience/skills in analytics and other information management disciplines (i.e. data integration, data warehousing, master data management, visualization, big data and analytical modeling). Willingness to travel, up to 50% depending on home base.Preferred Experience working in or with System Integrators, such as Deloitte.3-5 years focused on alliance management/sales.Experienced negotiating alliance, reseller and subcontracting agreements.The TeamThe Deloitte Consulting Alliances Team is made up of professional alliance managers, alliance marketers and technical architects who understand the principles that drive successful alliance relationships.
