Work You ll DoAdvisory Senior Manager (FORT) to direct engagement planning, organizing, budgeting, audit plan execution, and documentation of the audit procedures performed. Manage analysis of potential gaps and advise clients on improving operational procedures. Lead global projects and assist clients in meeting their fiduciary responsibilities for assessing management s actions in relation to managing and mitigating risk by providing engagement or task management and appropriate methodologies. Improve processing practices and the IT infrastructure supporting front office, risk management, operations, and product control groups at client sites. Lead implementation of industry-wide post-trade platform for credit derivatives across multiple firms. Manage large teams. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Math, Decision Sciences, Risk Management or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Six years of technology strategy, operating model design and risk assessment experience in the financial services industry.Experience must include six years of:Assessing operational and data governance impact of regulations, and advising financial institutions with strategic amendments to process, systems, compliance procedures and business structures for regulatory compliance;Performing systems and controls risk assessments, and performing control design and operational effectiveness testing;Identifying and evaluating business and technology risks and internal controls, which mitigate risks for internal control improvement;Analyzing the efficiency of operations and controls for financial institutions, and advising on process improvement opportunities;Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements; andManaging global projects including problem tracking and resolution;Experience must include four years of:Performing operational and technology due diligence for banks and broker dealers, and developing frameworks to assess risks and estimate exposure of banks, broker dealers and private equity firms due to new regulations, including Regulation SCI, FATCA and 871(m), AML/KYC and BASEL;Managing the full life cycle of an engagement including resource management, financial management, new and existing revenue generation, client relationships, training, and coaching and mentoring teams; andPerforming strategic assessments across securities and derivatives businesses to determine business, process and technology impact of new business strategies and regulations.Must have at least one of the following certifications: CISA, CISSP, ISO 2001, CPA, CA, CIA, CFA, CFE, CMA, PMP, or CCIM.Position requires approximately 80% travel.
