Job Overview:

Thisrole is responsible for leading all aspects of the Security Channel within theUS Cyber Securityandglobal STS organizations. The leader isresponsible for actively leading the teams including subject matter expertise,strategic planning, service operational excellence, customer relationships andgeneral & administrative operations. The successful person provides direct leadership and has accountabilityover the team members, technology architectures, budget and operations of allassociated areas. Main areas would include emerging technology review, securityservices (ex FW, IPS, DLP, Patch etc.) design and operations as well as ourFederal security area. This role spansidea generation through to high level of operational excellence of all services,as well as various levels of relationship management and administrativeleadership of the team(s).

Responsibilities

Oversees identification of new technologieswhich can aide our enterprise and data focused protection programs. Onceidentified, leads the effort to review, test and determine true value andpracticality. Oversees the development and implementation ofstandardized processes, solutions and operating model for these technologies toeither the US and/or global customer base. Represents the US Firm and STS in negotiations and discussions with externalentities regarding the design, development or operation of various securityfunctions Gathers data and produces monthly metrics relatedto the operation of security systems which are provided to leadership to ensureoperational excellence and effectiveness Leads the development and implementation ofsecurity technology to support the firms overall risk management processes andsecurity program strategies. Designs, develops and implements specializedsecurity solutions for client, member firm and US needs Serves as a professional mentor for assignedstaff with regard to all professional development processes. Responsible forall Talent related items including reviews, planning and team dynamics Provides significant input into the annualstrategic planning and budget process Establishing and growing customer relationship across all member firms, ITS/GTSand key risk management teams (ex. Global/US OCP, OGC) Ensure appropriate certifications are achievedand maintained Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Primary Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BusinessAdministration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/orqualifications.An advanceddegree is also preferred. 10 years of experience in designing, deployingand operating large scale runningsecurity technologies operations. Advanced proficiency across broad spectrum of informationsecurity technologies, large system deployments and operational controls Industrycertification required (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) and/or other equivalentlicenses/certifications Excellent communication, listening andfacilitation skills Demonstrated effectiveness working acrossmultiple business units to achieve results.
