Work you ll do:The Business Analyst role is responsible for defining business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and practice in estimating scope/effort of developing ServiceNow functionality. Drive business solutions from inception through solution implementationIdentify business scopes and requirementsUnderstand business strategy and priorities and drive implementation planningPartner with Service Owners to understand and capture functional and data requirements in ServiceNowWork with technical teams to define non-functional and technical requirementsDocument detailed process flows and use casesFacilitating workshops with senior management and SMEs to discover, document, analyze and optimize IT processesPartnering with colleagues to translate requirements identified in workshops into ServiceNow user stories/requirementsServe as a liaison to other teams in the planning, coordination and implementation of cross-team initiativesWork with Product Owners and stakeholders to help ensure training and communication needs are met for new or enhanced solutions The Tech Ops Team:As part of our team, you will commit to providing deep industry and compliance knowledge to our clients, being a subject matter specialist, and supporting a technology platform to manage complex commercial operations. You will have the opportunity to build your professional skills in a variety of project experiences and be involved in helping our clients understand, analyze, and respond to various business opportunities and challenges presented by the changing marketplace. ARTC is a 24x7, 365 days a year operation. The position is located in Nashville, Tennessee.
