Whether analyzing and benchmarking a client s existing products and services for market competitiveness or creating client deliverables that support findings and recommendations, you ll be helping our clients improve their business performance and achieve their strategic objectives.The teamOur consultants work with retirement providers, banks, asset managers, insurance companies, and technology vendors to refine their strategy in the retirement industry, explore undiscovered opportunities, and achieve operational excellence.Learn more about our Human Capital practice.QualificationsRequired Candidate for Bachelor s or Master s degree in related field of study (such as business, management, economics, finance, social sciences or liberal arts) Ability to manage multiple and various assignments in parallel Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.4) Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools Excellent communication skills Willingness to travelHow you ll growDuring this 8-10 week long learning experience, you ll gain first-hand insights into technical skills, critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets needed to be an effective Human Capital consultant. You ll work with a wide variety of talented strategic leaders, learn how to use data and statistics, tackle real-world business challenges, and experience the day-to-day responsibilities and opportunities of this exciting, forward-facing career. Your tailored training program will start on day 1 and be supplemented with learning opportunities throughout the summer, whether on the job, virtual, or in the office on Fridays.
