Work you ll doAs a Digital HR and Innovation Senior Consultant, you will use your knowledge of and experience with innovative Cloud technologies and trends to optimize business results by:Being directly involved in the continued development of the SDLC of Deloitte s own product, ConnectMe, built on the Salesforce.com platformWorking with your clients to understand their functional and technical requirements to engineer solutions to solve their business issuesProviding your expert knowledge in SFDC to support the implementation of the product for our clientsSupport the team by customizing demonstrations of the product to show clients the power of ConnectMe The teamA part of Deloitte Consulting LLP, our Human Capital professionals work closely with clients around the world to develop effective and efficient people-centered solutions. QualificationsRequired:Bachelor s degreeStrong technical foundation including: 4 years experience with advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, SOAStrong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders and ETL Tools - e.g. Datastage)Experience leading / managing a work stream on enterprise implementationsStrong understanding of SLDC methodologiesSuperior knowledge of the HR function & processes preferredAbility to interact at all levels of the client organizationStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentUp to 80% travel requiredPreferred:Bachelor's degree strongly preferredin computer science, information systems, or other technology-related fieldExternal consulting experience with a big consulting firmKnowledge of the HR function & processesSalesforce Certification a strong plus How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
