Work You ll Do
As a Discovery Program intern,you ll gain business experience through hands-on learning and projects byrotating through two practices within Deloitte. During the internship, you ll alsobuild foundational knowledge, learn to articulate your ideas clearly, and developstrong relationships through training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback.
How You ll Grow
Our Discovery Program s immersive workshops and networking opportunitiesprovide a view into the technical skills, critical professional behaviors,standards, and mindsets needed to succeed as a business professional. Guided bycoaches and mentors who can help you to learn more about Deloitte and youropportunities, you'll gain real-world experience working on meaningfulprojects. Beyond this exposure to real life projects, the program alsodelivers a variety of national and local learning and networking events. QualificationsPursing a Bachelor degree in a business,accounting, technology or related field (sophomore or junior standing) Strongacademic credentials (minimum GPA of 3.3) Demonstratedproblem solving skills Effective interpersonal and communicationskills; adaptive to change, creativity & self-confidence; leadershipqualities; team-oriented and collaborative
During the internship program,you ll meet and work with many talented Deloitte professionals whom work invarious areas of our client service business including Audit, Advisory and Tax.
