Work You ll DoProvide technology-enabled consulting services to clients. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Review and analyze computer printouts and performance indicators to locate code problems, and correct errors by correcting codes. Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles. Read manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn how to develop programs that meet staff and user requirements. Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared. Supervise computer programmers or other systems analysts or serve as project leaders for particular systems projects. Define the goals of the system and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs. Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs. Use object-oriented programming languages, as well as client and server applications development processes and multimedia and Internet technology. Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed. Implement business services, APIs, and transaction handling utilizing ASP. Net Object concepts, Windows Communication Foundation, C#, VB.Net, and Visual Studio Team Foundation Server. Develop and maintain software of business processes in Public Sector and Health and Human Services related data maintenance of their non-financial, resource and financial information. Develop software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation. Use Transaction Interface Processing (TIP) and Display Processing System (DPS) to enhance system software applications. Evaluate the organization's technology needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades. Design data processes and ETL workflows from structured and unstructured data sources using MapReduce, Pig, Hive and Flume. Model, design, and create forms to convert Adobe central pro forms to Adobe LiveCycle forms utilizing Adobe LiveCycle Designer. Deliver components of client engagements that identify, design and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Create new custom codes and workflow maps to support workflow operations and document routing using IBM Platform FileNet applications. Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration. Utilize Corticon rules engine to implement and integrate business rules within a custom web application. Analyze client needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Develop, maintain and expand senior client relationships and lead associate and client project teams from project planning through execution. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Business Administration, MIS, CIS or a related field.Fiveyears of experience providing IT consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have five years of experience with:Implementing business services, APIs, and transaction handling utilizing ASP.
