Work you ll do

As a Solution Associate in the Technology Consulting practice, you ll assist our consulting teams in the application, custom development, and management of technology to help enhance clients business performance. You ll also assist in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of application software, and leverage information technology to solve business problems through decision support, analytics, and data warehousing systems.

As a Solution Associate, your tasks may include:

Functional and/or automated testing of systems in a controlled environment

Helping maintain clients applications and technology infrastructure

Providing project support to the Center Delivery Manager (CDM) and to other staff as tasked by the CDM

Conducting in-depth research

Batch monitoring

Producing detailed specifications and developing program code

Key skills include: analyzing information, eliciting software requirements, general programming, software design, debugging, documentation, testing, problem solving, and teamwork.

Our US Delivery Center team is comprised of deeply passionate and experienced professionals who guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. We work with clients and help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them optimize their businesses operations, processes, and performance.Learn more about the US Delivery Center.

Qualifications

Required

Associate s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT-related area

Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)

Knowledge of software development principles and hands-on programming experience through coursework or internship AND/OR knowledge of relational database principles, data modeling and schemas

Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and working in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe Acrobat

Willingness to travel up to 15 percent of the time
