Provide insight and make recommendations to help SDO achieve the vision and strategic priorities of the organization.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage internal and external commitments of Solutions Delivery OrganizationWork with the Managing Director of SDO and other ITS and stakeholder leadership teams to ensure effective SDO participation on projects and other key initiativesManage the flow of information and communication to/from the SDO leadership teamLead the coordination of presentation materials for upcoming events for Managing Director of SDOManage SDO leadership meetings and other meetings on behalf of the Managing Director of SDO. Represent the Managing Director of SDO in relevant meetings, discussions, and conference callsDirectly define, organize and execute projects on behalf of the Managing Director of SDOWork directly with senior IT leaders to drive successful completion of enterprise effortsAssist the Managing Director of SDO in issue/question/escalation follow up, delegation and closure as requestedIndependently analyze and craft execution plans to delegated problems, issues and escalationsQUALIFICATIONS:5 years of relevant experience required; strong Business Analysis or Project Management experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field, MBA preferred (MBA may be substituted with significant experience)Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideasSuperior time management/organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approachOutstanding analytical and quantitative skillsAbility to think globally, strategically and creativelyProven ability to take a project from inception (idea stage), and organize a plan to deliver the final working solution. Leads and manages all aspects of the projectAcute sense of professional judgment including appropriate risk taking and political savvyExpert problem solver. Leverages knowledge gained through prior experience, education, training to resolve issues and remove project barriersExtensive experience advising and coaching top executives on strategic, organizational, and communications matters Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to creatively develop tell a story through slidesFosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients (internal and external)
