Work you ll doAs a Deloitte Consulting Compensation Strategies Manager in the Rewards practice of Deloitte s Human Capital group, you will perform the following job responsibilities:Lead total cash compensation studies for a variety of public and private sector clientsLead the development of base pay and incentive compensation program designLead M&A integration projects focusing on program and job harmonizationModel financial impact of compensation plans in support of compensation plan analysis and designLead compensation function process definition and organization structure design projectsCollaborate with clients to conduct performance metrics studiesPrepare client reports including exhibits and summariesLead significant portions of large client projects and work streamsManage mid-sized projects with minimal directionParticipate in broader ARA projects including performance management, employee benefits, retirement, healthcare, performance optimization, cash/non-cash reward and recognitionParticipate in marketing initiatives including providing leadership to proposal teams, developing work and methodology approaches to respond to RFPS, writing proposals and conducting surveysResearch and prepare speeches for internal and external presentationContribute to intellectual eminence and the development of firm viewpoints on a variety of total rewards topicsThe teamA part of Deloitte Consulting LLP, our Human Capital professionals work closely with clients around the world to develop effective and efficient people-centered solutions. In addition to applying these skills in traditional settings, our consultants provide advisory services related to these issues in mergers and acquisitions, governance and risk management, enterprise cost reduction efforts, and other transformational business initiatives.
