Title: Sr. Financial Analyst, International Projects
Location:Hermitage, TN or Denver, CO
Department:Business Planning and Analytics
Responsible for preparing the following activities:
Setup, review, analysis, budget preparation andreconciliation to actual, variance analysis, billing to member firms, financialperformance of project
Manage the collection of relevant international informationand engage appropriate international contacts (including, but not limited toIPG Lead, Firms Tax, International Accounting, Global Employer Services, GlobalMobility & Immigration).
Resolution of engagement issues
Ensure quality of engagement records and reporting
Facilitate communication between engagement leadership andfinance teams and leadership
Assist the Financial Analyst Manager with otherresponsibilities such as:
Designing and/or implementing processes to support thecross-border work of the firm for both US and India with input from keystakeholders
Participating or leading meetings with key stakeholders tocollaborate on how to better enable cross-border work while meeting regulatoryrequirements
Reviewing data and ensuring accuracy of reporting providedto functions and leadership (i.e. revenue, permanent establishments, headcount,currency)
Ensures that the firm s accounting practices and policiesare followed
Participate in special projects on an as needed basis
B.A/B.S. Degree in business, finance, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Project Controller experience preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to createinsightful analysis working in an unstructured data environment
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, andPowerPoint)
SAP experience preferred
Proven track record of successfully working in acollaborative work environment
Demonstrated experience in making sound judgments anddecisions in previous positions
