Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience 3 years in a technical or functional leadership roleExperience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materialsProven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExperience managing senior-level client relationshipsExperience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experienceStrong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectivesExperience in implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects in one or more phases of the SDLCExperience working with business users to gather requirements, writing functional and technical specifications and communicating technical requirementsMust be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this roleCandidate must be able to contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents and be able to manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), etc. Be able to allocate real-time process budgets and error budgets to systems and subsystem components. Derive from the system requirements an understanding of stakeholder needs, functions that may be logically inferred and implied as essential to system effectiveness. Experience in Certification & Accreditation (C&A) in accordance with NITSCAP. Certification in at least one of the following:CCISP - Certified Critical Infrastructure Security Professional, CISM - Certified Information Security Manager, CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional, SSCP - Systems Security Certified Practitioner, GIAC - Global Information Assurance Certification, CSP - RSA Certified Security Professional, CPP - Certified Protection Professional.
