Work you ll do As a Specialist Master in our practice you will:Perform SDLC and O&M tasks such as application design, software development, testing, release and configuration managementDevelop business requirements and functional and process design, including scenario design and flow mappingManage troubleshooting, documenting and maintaining support proceduresOrganize and deliver services on a cross-section of projectsMaintain your technical knowledge within the industry leverage this subject matter knowledge on client engagementsContribute to the development and cultivation of business and vendor relationshipsServe as a Subject Matter Expert , adding interpretive value to data presented or experienced insight into a functional process or issueDisplay leadership and business judgment by anticipating client and project needs and developing alternative solutionsIdentify opportunities for other Deloitte service offerings that can address client needsManage solutions, delegate resources, and help ensure quality assurance principles are met across projects and deliverablesSupervise the work of team members and support delivery team staffProvide input and actively participate in recruitment and retention activitiesHelp drive our presence as value-add on certain IC programs. We bring rapid improvements to operational effectiveness by leveraging our people, process, technology, and center based delivery models Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience2 years in a technical or functional lead roleExperience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materialsProven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExperience managing senior-level client relationshipsExperience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experienceExperience designing, developing, testing or maintaining an application as part of a teamA solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management methodologiesExperience implementing or maintaining custom development or systems integration projectsMust be able to obtain and maintain TS SCI with Poly.Experience with IC supporting network, cloud, satellite or mobility solutions.
