Work You ll DoDeliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Participate in the development and implementation of assigned projects and function as point of contact for those projects. Define project scope and objectives, organize pursuit teams, participate in aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Work with team to formulate strategy for design and implementation of web content management, digital asset management and other technology solutions in the digital content space. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Oversee team in developing functional and process design, including scenario design and flow mapping, prototyping, testing and training, and refine support procedures for SalesForce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system builds and implementations. Manage large-scale full life cycle CRM solutions implementation including configuration, customization, integrations and data migrations. Oversee Salesforce component configurations and customizations using Objects, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visual Force, and JQuery. Implement triggers, workflows, validation rules, approval process, sharing rules, and escalation rules for applications on the Force.com platform using Force.com IDE. Organize migration and deployment plan creation. Utilize Force.com, IDE Eclipse, Change Sets, DreamFactory SnapShot, and ANT tool to ensure efficient migrations and deployments.
