Work you ll doAs a Transformation Program - Senior Manager, you will lead multi-million dollar, multi-year transformation programs for technology applications used globally by external and internal clients. You will be hands-on and responsible for the overall success of the program including ensuring alignment across executive stakeholders; providing regular executive leadership updates on the roadmap, execution, progress, and key risks facing the program; owning and reporting on the budget aspects of the program; ensuring the business and market needs are being adequately addressed; and ensuring our transformation is truly transformative to lead the market in capabilities for many years to come. Our consultants come from global compensation and benefits backgrounds and work with clients to streamline business operations while managing the scalability, risks, and costs of programs. Qualifications Required10 years of experience leading increasingly complex transformation programs, working within a large, complex, matrixed organizationExperience developing/delivering executive communications (verbal and written)Experience leading project phases including requirements gathering, technical specification development, solution design and architecting, cost estimating, and managing project plans and staffing assignmentExperience leading teams comprised of on- and off-shore staff, and mentoring teams to drive optimal performanceExperience managing project risks related to delivery of work and the related budgetsAbility to build and maintain cross-functional and executive-level relationshipArticulate, good presentation and communication skills, and strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive resultsA Bachelor s degree, ideally in finance or a related fieldAbility to travel up to 25%.
