Work You ll DoWork oncomprehensive and complex Workday implementation projects. Responsible for all facets of the Software Development Life Cycle, from analysis and design to implementation and maintenance. Contribute to a high caliber multi-functional team to drive innovative approaches to product development. Configure the Workday system and integration to meet each client s unique business requirements. Manage small teams of integration consultants and mentor the teams. Confer with clients and collaborate with project teams to gather workday integration requirements; document the requirements and create technical design documents. Implement Workday Integration using the Workday integration functionality. Apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies for all stages of Workday software integration process and project execution. Design, develop, implement and maintain the Workday integration by utilizing Workday EIB, Cloud Connect, and Studio. Assist clients with reporting features through the development of Workday Custom reports, Advanced Reports and Workday Calculated Fields. Transform large sets of data by utilizing XML, XSLT, Altova XML spy and Workday API s to format data for various outputs. Assist clients by providing technical support for data integration, authentication, configuring business processes and security. Monitor and maintain the integration deliverables for Workday implementation projects. #LI-DNIRequirementsBachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management of Information Systems (MIS), or a computer related field.Must have two years of experience providing SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR, Oracle HR, Lawson HR, or HRMS services on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have one year of experience with:Conferring with clients and collaborating with project teams to gather Workday integration requirements, documenting the requirements and creating technical design documents;Implementing Workday integrations using Workday integration functionality;Applying Waterfall and Agile methodologies for all stages of Workday software integration process and project execution; Designing, developing, implementing and maintaining the Workday integration by utilizing Workday EIB, Cloud Connect, and Studio;Assisting clients with reporting features through the development of Workday Custom reports, Advanced Reports and Workday Calculated Fields;Transforming large sets of data by utilizing XML, XSLT Altova XML spy and Workday API s to format data for various outputs; Assisting clients by providing technical support for data integration, authentication, configuring business processes and security; andMonitoring and maintaining the integration deliverables for Workday implementation projects. 15% Travel Required.Must have Workday Integration Certification.BenefitsAt Deloitte, we know that great people make a great organization.
