Work You ll DoOversee the development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions necessary to meet business requirements. Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Lead and develop statements of work and change orders. Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships and lead projects from planning through execution. Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Analyze information processing or computation needs and plan and design computer systems, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering. Oversee the performance of process design administration, including future state business process modeling and analysis using ARIS Business Designer and ARIS Business Architect. Manage the configuration of SAP PA/OM Enterprise, personnel, organizational structures, personnel actions, infotype menus, dynamic actions, screen modifications, and master data-related Ad hoc queries. Oversee the integration of HR functions, including compensation, benefits, operations, technologies, strategies, policies, and talent and culture development. Guide the team in gathering client's function and technical requirements, and mapping them to SAP and SF processes. Prepare unit test documents, integration test scenarios, UAT documents, and configuration and instruction documents for RICEFW objects. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems, providing users with assistance in solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems. #LI-DNI RequirementsMaster's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.Three years of experience providing strategic and technical HR Transformation consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have three years of experience with:Configuring SAP PA/OM Enterprise, personnel, organizational structures, personnel actions, infotype menus, dynamic actions, screen modifications, and master data-related Ad hoc queries;Integrating HR functions, including compensation, benefits, operations, technologies, strategies, policies, and talent and culture development;Gathering client's functional and technical requirements, and mapping them to SAP and SuccessFactors processes;Creating detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs for integration projects using data-driven mapping processes, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;Performing process design administration, including future state business process modeling and analysis using ARIS Business Designer and ARIS Business Architect;Preparing unit test documents, integration test scenarios, UAT documents, and configuration and instruction documents for RICEFW objects; andTesting, maintaining, and monitoring computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems, providing users with assistance in solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in a stated field, plus five years of progressively responsible experience.Employer will accept pre-or post-Master's degree experience.Any Suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.80% travel required.
