Work You ll DoConduct risk management, business and operational processes review, internal auditing, financial reporting and other internal controls and regulatory compliance for clients in the life sciences and healthcare industry. Assess, analyze and improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of governance, financial and operational processes. Offer recommendations to improve operations, and assist clients with enterprise risk and compliance activities. Assess the business risks that threaten strategic objectives around growth and profitability and develop a sustainable compliance and risk management program. Assist in maintaining engagement economics. Mentor and train junior team members. Synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Serve as point of contact with clients; build and nurture strong client relationships. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Two years of regulatory and compliance experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry, including government pricing and reporting.Experience must include two years of:Providing regulatory compliance services and solutions related to requirements for various government programs, including Medicaid Drug Rebate, Medicare, 340B Drug Pricing Program, Federal Supply Schedule, and TRICARE;Calculating and filing appropriate prices for the federal and state drug programs;Developing training for clients regarding laws, regulations, and industry guidance that govern Government Pricing (GP), including Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (Non-FAMP), Best Price (BP), Average Sales Price (ASP), 340B Ceiling Price, and training on calculation approaches for each of the government prices;Developing policies and procedures, and documenting clients assumptions and interpretation of government statutes, regulations, and guidance;Assessing clients GP methodologies, systems, calculations and policy/procedure documentation in accordance with the Federal Regulations and Sub-Regulatory Guidance;Performing internal auditing and/or compliance auditing for clients; andUtilizing GP technology platforms, including Model N, Revitas, CARS, SAP, and other similar systems.Position requires approximately 50% travel.
