Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or other business-related field8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience and relevant experience within the US Intelligence Communitywith a range of roles held during that time3 years in a technical or functional lead roleExperience mentoring and coaching othersProven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExperience managing senior-level client relationshipsExperience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experienceCandidates must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, industry experience, and relationships, preferably within the defense community and specific to ColoradoIn-depth understanding of defense agencies challenges and issues specific to the operations environment, and impact to local market Deep connections throughout targeted defense agencies across all levels of the organization for those agencies operating in Colorado Preferred:Prior professional services or federal consulting experiencePMP CertificationMasters of Business Administration (MBA) degreePrimary location will be Colorado.
