Work You ll DoDesign and manage large scale custom application development and deployment efforts for clients in the public sector industry. Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key public sector industry clients; organize and lead pursuit teams. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach. Provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Lead change of management meetings with key stakeholders. Direct and lead engagement teams in the design, development, deployment and post production tasks related to large-scale engagements and perform overall project management tasks including designing walkthroughs, managing sign off of deliverables, and developing mitigation strategies. Develop, maintain and expand client relationships from project planning through execution including leading Join Application Design (JAD) sessions with clients to identify business requirements, performing requirements management and functional design and determining feasibility of design within time and cost constrains. Guide the team through all phases of solution development and application architecture utilizing ASP .Net, VB.Net, Microsoft SQL and BizTalk. Direct and guide team in prototyping, code development, modularization, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, configuration and defect management, and production deployment. Direct the team in performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object oriented analysis and design techniques, defining testing strategy for large scale engagements and ensuring requirements traceability throughout the system development lifecycle. Supervising the team in performing interface and APIs operations and translation logs, including performance tuning and incident resolution. Provide guidance to engagement team in utilizing market leading integration methodologies including REST, SOA, SOAP, and API. Act as a subject matter expert in all aspects of ESB and Data Hub operations, including server monitoring, remediation, performance, registry and versioning, and service usage and error analysis.
