Strategy & Operations Project Delivery Analyst PhysicianTraining Coordinator

Work you will do/Responsibilities
As a ProjectDelivery Analyst, you will be expected to consistently perform in a variety ofchallenging roles, contribute to team deliverables, responsibly manage yourtime, develop your skill set, and deliver creative, compelling insights to ourclients. Typical project responsibilities include:Upload and review physicians training milestones within the learning management systems and report back relevant details and updates to project leadership Identify and gather information on 6,000 physicians for ongoing training Coordinate systems training procedures on one EMR for all three regions Assist with tracking and escalating issues pertaining to module training Develop tracking milestones to work with the learning management systems (LMS) Develop documentation highlighting potential training challenges and/or issues

Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, technology or related fields Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills Independently able to identify and propose solutions for problems and or issues Ability to multi-task and follow-through with minimal instruction Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate team members/supervisors regarding milestone statuses & facilitate coordination on training Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software, MS PowerPoint and Excel. Must be willing to work in or travel to Chicago, IL
PreferredExperience and/or demonstrated interest in training and organizational development Demonstrated an interest in healthcare (i.e. took a related class, participated in a club, volunteering) Experience working with physicians Familiarity and/or experience with healthcare software/Epic Ability to present or facilitate a meeting is desired Very strong communication skills and proactive problem solver Tableau experience a plus
