Work You ll DoProvide IT consulting services through development and delivery of client engagements that identify, design and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Work within an engagement team to identify business requirements, perform requirements management, function design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), testing, training, support procedure design, and support implementations. Advise clients regarding the use of Oracle Configure Price Quotation Cloud (Oracle CPQ) to enable decision-making and the attainment of business goals by recommending product and package design based on business functionality and structure. Execute feasibility studies, time and resource estimates, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs. Assist in forecasting software and hardware requirements to achieve Oracle CPQ implementation. Validate the proposed business process model and identify technical strategies for business readiness. Support the definition of project scope and deliverables and communicate them to the engagement team. Provide feedback on deliverables to team members staffed to the project prior to delivery to the client. Prepare activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the application systems and programming team and deliver the reports to team leadership and to the client. Rely on SOAP Web services and integration XSLs to build Oracle CPQ structures to integrate into existing Salesforce.com and other legacy systems based on the client requirements. Perform full lifecycle Oracle CPQ implementations, including designing systems strategy, developing systems requirements, environment management, configuring the system, building customized system infrastructure, and implementing practical business solutions. Create technical design documentation for instruction to the client and conduct functional solution architecture and integration development best practice discussions. Utilize Bigmachines programming language (BML) to configure applications and to extend functionality for a customized technology solution that meets client requirements. Apply Bigmachines Query Language (BMQL) to interact with databases for analysis and data extraction. Develop testing scripts, unique BML scripts and BML queries. Participate in full lifecycle of application testing (functional, regression, performance and integration) by leveraging testing and bug tracking tools, including HP Quality Center and Mantis Bug Tracker to identify, track, document and resolve system bugs. Triage change requests upon client feedback and testing. Responsible for impact analysis, fit-gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and output analysis and execution with testing tools. Conduct user training and develop long term transition plans for the support team within the client's organization. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology or a related field.Two years of experience providing IT consulting services to clients on behalf of a consulting company.
